Emergency Services
This term the Primary 4 pupils have been busy learning about emergency services. Over the past few weeks we had some very special visitors to our school. A lady from Air Ambulance Northern Ireland kindly spoke to our P4 pupils about their remarkable service. Air Ambulance NI is a charity that fundraises for and manages the helicopter operations of Northern Ireland’s Helicopter Emergency Medical Service. Their mission is to provide outstanding critical care where and when it’s needed most.
This week two men from the Order of Malta which is also a life changing charity spoke to the girls and boys about how they provide first-aid medical services at national and local community events.
Many Thanks to Air Ambulance NI and The Order of Malta for sharing this important information.
