Be Bright Be Seen.
Today marks the beginning of Road Safety Week. Helen from the road safety department spoke to P3 about how we can stay safe in the dark. She reminded the girls and boys to always wear a high visibility jacket when going for a walk. She also showed the children reflective stickers and wrist bands which are very effective in the dark. Her message to everyone was ‘Be bright Be seen’. As the winter weather is imminent Helen reminded the girls and boys to always wear a seat belt and never distract drivers.
The P3 pupils were each given a high visibility jacket, reflective wrist band and reflective stickers.
A huge thank you to Helen for sharing her top safety tips!
