Be Bright Be Seen
On Friday 30th November Billy from the road safety department spoke to all our pupils about how we can stay safe in the dark. He reminded the girls and boys to always wear a high visibility jacket when going for a walk. He also showed the children reflective stickers and wrist bands which are very effective in the dark. His message to everyone was ‘Be bright Be seen’. As the winter weather is imminent Billy reminded the girls and boys to always wear a seat belt and never distract drivers.
The pupils were each given a reflective wrist band.
A huge thank you to Middletown Community Forum for organising the event and Billy for sharing his top safety tips!
