Numicon fun in the sun.
7th Feb 2020
The Primary 1 children took their learning outdoors today. The boys and girls were looking at how the numbers 1-10 can be represented through the use of numicon. The children took part in a practical activity which involved drawing around the large numicon shapes and holes, counting them as they went along. The children worked in pairs, took turns and helped each other. It was a lovely afternoon with plenty of sunshine. The children just loved it!
