The boys and girls in Primary 7 thoroughly enjoyed their visit to Keady High School today where Mr Mc Grath, very kindly, led them through some yoga poses, followed up by excellent mindfulness activities including simple breathing and facial massage techniques. They also got a wonderful insight into what year 8 history would involve next year. A great visit had by all.
